First, the welding machine drying method
1. AC welding machine drying method connects the terminals of the damper deceleration motor windings in series before the operation, and the chassis is grounded, so that the three groups of windings can be heated and dried. In order to monitor the current change in the drying process, it can be connected in series. Only the current meter, observe whether its current reaches the rated current of the geared motor. Drying the DC geared motor with an AC welder does not require re-checking and reducing the workload. At the same time, the geared motor heats with its own resistance in the case of power-on, so that the coil is uniformly heated and the drying effect is relatively good.
2, DC welding machine drying method is similar to the operation of the wiring and AC, the string current meter should be DC current meter. Drying with a DC welder The damper geared motor is easy to operate and can be used for long-term drying of large and medium deceleration motors and high-voltage geared motors. In this way, when the welding machine is working for a long time or working with a large current, its internal components will not be damaged due to long-time high-current work, so it can be used for large and medium-sized deceleration motors for a long time. It is worth noting that when drying with these two methods, all joints must be well contacted and fastened. Special wires should be used for the lead wire of the welder. The required cross-section should meet the current-carrying capacity of the welder. Pay attention to the cooling of the welding machine's own transformer and ensure that the insulation resistance of the geared motor cannot be lower than 0.1MΩ. Also pay close attention to the motor winding temperature adjustment in time to adjust the voltage and current.
Second, the external heat source heating method
After the damped DC geared motor is first dismantled, the high-power incandescent light bulb is placed in the gear motor to bake it, or the geared motor is placed in a drying room for drying. This method is easy to operate, safe and reliable, but it is only applicable to small deceleration motors that are easy to dismantle. For relatively large and medium-sized or decelerating decelerating motors, the workload is relatively large and the feasibility is also reduced. It should be noted that this method can not be too close to the coil when the lamp or heat source is operated to prevent the coil from burning out. It can be covered with a canvas and other items for insulation on the gearbox housing.
Third, the excitation coil drying method
The method of drying the excitation coil is to wind the excitation coil on the stator coil core of the reduction gear motor and pass the alternating current to make the stator generate magnetic flux, and the stator of the deceleration motor is relied on the iron loss thereof.
